A bunch of my choices got picked this round, so I might as well save some salary and select 1994 Mike Hampton, Houston, $893,632. He has plenty of good teammate options to choose from.

Great pick. I almost made that selection this round. Dickey, Joe D., Lefty Gomez.... some great teammate options. Didn't want to drop in the drafting order so early in the draft. Getting '94 Bagwell as a teammate gives me options now with respect to which Gehrig I want to draft.

I had that Hampton on my short list for next round, but between Biggio, Drabek and Todd Jones, Bagwell wasn't even on my radar as far as teammates go. But don't worry, I only hate you a little. ;-)

You can make up your pick at any time, but in the meantime people can make their picks at their scheduled times.
