"Spudhole you are living proof that DI coaches are not the most skilled, gifted coaches in HD. In fact you are proof that it is way too easy for noobs to get to DI."
Now THAT is truly a giant contribution, really elevates the conversation. Is it any wonder that you are still nothing but background noise? Remember, a normally developing child advances past name-calling like "Spudhole" at about age 9 or 10. "Awe, did I hurt your little feelings? Too bad, so sad."
Trump calls people names all the time.
On second thought... I see what you mean.

why don't you just block all the background noise spud. That'll save you from telling everyone they are background noise.

Mike, Spud : it's an argument. Not blunt sentences which means nothing.

d1 coach are better, isn't d1 suppose to ne hard, high risk, high reward, which when it comes to D1, in spud life is allright but not for d2... Contradictions.

I just try to ignore Zorzi, as he is one of the few that is left. That is still complaning about 3.0.

Make up your own mind, play D1, then talk... Nothing wrong at D2... Read the forum closely, many people think D1 needs changes.

But Zorzi, even though you been the most compasitionist to my mistakes in my life doesn't mean that I will like you and be friends with you on a day to day basis. Your post are by far mostly negative nothing good to say about 3.0.

Same old blah blah blah from the HD windbag. Go back to your spudhole. You are worthless here and everyone knows it.

Does anyone have google translator that can translate that into English?

Sure it's an argument. You were complaining that D1 was hard. And I want to know what you expect. Should it be easy?
12/19/2016 7:03 AM
Ok, mike : i want it to be hard. On that, we see eye to eye. The job offers at D1 is already a hurdle (hard), the five years rebuild for most owners coming from D2 (hard), changing jobs into 2nd period (hard), battling on all top recruits, thinking intelligently to build a winner (hard), getting to A to A+, very challenging, getting to the final four, very tough, winning the NT, normally need 20 seasons at D1 in the world, at least. Scouting a part of the pool of recruts, discovering a little more and still plan well, hard, losing a roll at vh or getting knocked down to moderate, hard to adjust.. So fixing some illogical stuff can only improve the game not really make it easier.

So, as long as you don't lose a battle, you're good. Got it.

I'm going to apply my limited experience now. Had a couple of scholarships to fill in RS2. Filled one. Was the ONLY school on a low level D1. He was D3-quality so I felt pretty safe. Nope. SIM D1 took him in two cycles. Fine. I had a plan with an even lower level D1 player. Only school on him. Nope. SIM D1 took him in two cycles. Problematic but I had an even worse player on my books. Sadly, I didn't have time to open up scholarship. Should I feel slighted? That the system screwed me? I don't. I took a chance. I gambled. I lost. I hope to do better next time.

D3 is not D1. But I want to win just as much as you do. Any way you slice it, both of us are playing with 11 man rosters.

So, if you would, tell me why your loss is worse than mine. I get D1 is harder and the losses are bigger but, if a relative n00b can adjust to 11 players, I suspect someone much better at the game can also.

I don't mind losing a battle. Won three, lost five so far, H to VH (hard to lose when you are VH, but hey, I see it different now). What I would change is job change in second session, team you reserved (gets you a team you did not build), ees and d2 getting their way against top D1 teams, coming in late on recruit for strat purposes or just changing jobs.
