I've got a couple. One has said "I'm not sure I'll be able to continue to play here."

Is that a pre-cursor to a transfer?

They suck so I don't care. I'm assuming, if they transfer, they'll do so before RS2. Is that correct?

If they are going to, they would transfer at the end of the season the same time as players declare for the draft (EE). You have to really **** them off to get them to transfer--you usually get 2-3 emails and see a big drop (10+) in WE before they would actually go. I have had a guy threaten to leave all season (at least 3 emails, maybe 4) and lose 10+ WE but still stay (just to start ******** again the next season).

I don't get it.

I have long thought there should be a dropdown menu of steps you could take to encourage guys to leave

- make player do team laundry

- make player polish band instruments

- date players girfriend

- date players mom

Same. I drew the line at making the player do laundry.
