"What are you talking about?! Your logic was that something is not hidden if, with effort, it could be found. That thinking is fatuous nonsense. When the Easter bunny hides eggs for children, they are correctly described as hidden despite the fact that we expect that a toddler should be able to find them."
I appreciate that you are trying hard to back up your thinking, but you haven't succeeded. "Hiding" is an active verb. Transfers are "hidden" no differently than all other recruits. ALL recruits must be discovered, equally. Transfers are, if anything, LESS hidden than regular recruits because they are effectively flagged by being all F's.
So, in summary, transfers aren't "hidden." They are actually quite easy to find.
BTW, since you are so interested in "fatuous nonsense," I doubt you can restate in your own words any of my suggestions about the game ... ANY of them.
As I described in the post above, transfers have a designated page/card that can be discovered while they are on the team, but is removed from the team from which they transferred. That data still exists and can be discovered by reviewing the PBP from the season (in a game in which they played). Links to that data are removed to prevent users from locating recruits outside of the scouting regime. However, one of the reasons experienced users liked transfers is that you could know their IQ in advance. You could also know how much eligibility they had remaining. Now, you can no longer be certain...whereas you can know remaining eligibility of every other recruit.
Your argument that having scouting level 1 information all appear as "F" makes them "less" hidden is pure BS! Once you have a player card at level 1, you can sort by transfers, or juco, or HS. It does not help anything to have the data obfuscated at level 1. Any rational person would agree that it provides less information as users cannot look at the level 1 information and tell whether the transfer has some skills or is crap!
How many wins do you have? How many tournament wins? I do not respect your knowledge of this game. Nor do I trust your good faith use of language.
