If Chicago doesn't fix the horrible "carnage" going on, 228 shootings in 2017 with 42 killings (up 24% from 2016), I will send in the Feds!

Says you. Btw you realize he's tweeting this to get Rahm off his *** and doing something to stop this violence. The more these shootings are in the spotlight the worse it is for Rahm and Obama considering they let it get this bad.
