He's ahead ward, way ahead.
This is what I am curious about. Am I way ahead or just a little ahead? The reason I started the thread is because the prestige multiplier used to be about 1.5 per letter grade. So me being A+ vs a D+ would mean my effort would have a multiplier of almost 3.5X his. It has been said previously that prestige value did not change. Just looking at recruiting actions (not AP) for our equal effort I would expect that multiplier to push my opponent to the lowest of "very low" consideration. AP factored in (where my opponent is mathematically at a maximum of 400 AP to my 150 AP) it seems that the AP is worth way, way, way more than any of the other efforts if he is still listed at High to my Very High, given the HUGE prestige disparity. This means that 250 AP is worth the same or more than 3.5x recruiting actions. That is crazy to me but that is why I started this thread. I am not complaining, I am trying to learn this new system.
If AP is that valuable then other actions are pretty much meaningless if you can max out points on a player. It would mean that you should be aiming for 6 openings every year, taking walk-ons to ensure those 6 openings, so that you have the maximum AP to play with at all times. Anything else is just handicapping yourself.
