Re-Distribution Draft - N.L. Topic

A quick rules clarification question: after round 10 we are allowed to add an undrafted player from one of our nominated teams to our roster; is that player's salary used in determining the draft order for the following round, or is it ignored?
5/3/2017 8:16 AM
Yes, that player's salary is included.

So once we are on the clock, if someone misses their pick, they get skipped but can just jump in at any time to make it up? (But of course may miss out on players who get picked in the meantime?)
5/3/2017 11:20 AM
Yes, that is correct.

With the shortage of good SS's that don't need to be twisted, let's go with this guy...
Scutaro, Marco 2012 San Francisco Giants 2B $6,322,411
5/3/2017 11:54 AM
Haven't had to twist a player yet - but that may be coming to end pretty soon...This time I'll go with

Bill Terry - 1927 New York Giants ($6,629,316)

I almost took Scutaro last round, but the reason I didn't is because I'm now taking...

Tim Lincecum, 2012 San Francisco Giants $3,546,118

rickysdad44 makes a good point. I guess half a shortstop is better than none:
Ramirez, Hanley 2013 Los Angeles Dodgers SS 4,693,266

A little surprised that the 2013 Dodgers are the last team to have their first player drafted from
5/3/2017 12:50 PM
Yeah, I was up between Terry and Scutaro/Lincecum. I thought Terry might make it one more round to me. I wanted Lincecum but I didn't like any of my remaining SS options unless I twisted one, which I didn't want to do.

Hopefully, I don't lose anymore off the short list today...(yeah right)

Dammit. He was my next pick - I thought he'd last another round and didn't want to risk losing Concepcion. Good backup and PH option.

Same philosophy as when Wills was picked by Schwarze, this guy is twistable if I have it available but, if not, is decent enough especially as we run out of decent shortstops.
Rich Aurilia 2003 San Francisco Giants SS 3,325,723

Getting down to some tougher choices now.
