This is my thing when recruiting guys who are high but red. If they are good enough that first season, their IQ is usually fairly low, so even their great attributes are not that great when they are at B- or below.

I would totally recruit a guy with all reds. I just wouldn't recruit that guy, unless I was in a pinch.
