I have 5 freshman currently on my roster 2 games into a season. i have 4 Sr players on my team. 1 of the Fr I red shirted.

Since i have 4 seniors on scholarship i should have 4 openings when scouting and recruiting start correct? if not ill only have 11 players on scholarship next year.

Academic non-qualifier. Technically he'll gain an extra year. Player is Richard Smith.

Hummel was an ineligible academic non-qualifier. He could he eligible for a "5th" year (since he has a 3+ gpa, he will get his 5th yr).

Richard Smith was an academic non qualifier his first season. Perhaps he has another year of eligibility? I do little with nonqualifiers.

As far as I am aware, over 2.8 culmulative earns a 5th year. Which is really just a 4th year anyways.

Ok i see. I was not aware i had one on my roster as i just moved to a DII job.
