I'll take the Warriors... I didn't do any research at all... Ha. Just figured I can at least do something with Wilt and Steph... Question- will 16-17 players be available- and if not can we still use prior seasons of a player if 16-17 was his first season wit the team--- Asking can I use Kevin Durant.. Taking them anyway.

KD did play with the Warriors, so yes. 16-17 affiliations are fine by me

Sure, unless people object.

no objection but maybe specify now so there wont be confusion in due course - of the expansion teams obviously the heat and magic can handle things by themselves t this point but I still think that the Raptors, Memphis, various incarnations of the Charlotte/New Orleans franchises and TPups (arguably) are still not quite up to snuff competitively

Raptors can field a pretty solid team. They are fine. Off the top of my head you can have a Hakeem/Camby/Marion/T-Mac/Billups starting 5, with many other good options for the bench.
I say leave every franchises as they are. It's a 24 team league, so the weakest 6 teams simply won't get selected.

just so you know combining weaker expansion squads has been part of the fabric of this league since its inception (and I invite you to field that Raptors squad in this league and see how that works out for you)

I'd field a raptors team could use Hakeem,Oakley,tmac, and so on and so forth I think it would be interesting
