Pfffttt. I've been married 17 years. I've used that hundreds of times.

And, yes, it annoys her.

But. Two things happen. You don't pick up your undies and she still stays married to you. So its working like a charm.

Pretty similar to how it works here. "We don't have time for your problems." "Oh, OK, here's some more money so I can play."
6/1/2017 1:41 PM
I'm still playing on credits and reserving a decision on whether to spend any actual money on the new game. Failure to handle glitches and bugs - let along failure to make changes that I think they should make - has me leaning toward no more purchases. But then again, one expects some users to leave whenever you change anything - and especially if you dont create an impression of caring.
6/1/2017 2:02 PM
At the end of the day, it's about a quarter a day with no credits. I have 5 teams(3 HBD, 2 HD) so, pre-credit, they get $450 a year. I probably get $100 or so in credits so it's less than a dollar a day. I easily **** that away on stuff that I'd be better off without. It's just hard for me to get riled up enough to say "OK, I'm done" over something in the game. I do get annoyed when they say "We don't have time" because, if you're responding, you're spending time. And virtually no American, on the job, spends 100% of their time being productive. So "no time" is a weakass excuse for pretty much anything.

I hate that when I'm on another conference's standings page and I click "view full chat", it automatically redirects to MY conference chat instead of the conference in which I'm looking at. Very annoying

Completely agree. It's the most nitpicky thing, but would be an easy fix that makes life a heck of a lot easier when you're talking to users in other conferences.

On 2nd session - the split session works well except for job changes. Adjust players with the late preference to start signing 2 cycles later than they currently do. Leave other players alone (so drop downs can sign in the first cycle as normal, if they wanted to sign early). That gives new coaches and teams with EEs a pool they know will accept their effort, without undue interference in D2/3 teams recruiting up.

On conference chat, are people still having problems finding it? It's exactly the same number of clicks as it was before. You can see recent conference chat on your own startup page, and with one click and one drop down selection, you are at any other conference chat.

Yes, but if you are clicking to the world chat from the Standings page it automatically takes you to your own world chat, even if you're looking at the standings in another division.

OK, but you don't have to access chat through standings anymore. You're going out of your way if you're doing that. If someone from out of conference posts on your conference chat, you just click on their conference under their name, and it takes you directly there. Or if you want to post something out of the blue, access chat from you home startup, as mentioned above, and then select the conference from the drop down.

You're not understanding. If I'm just looking at another conference and see some interesting stuff on their chat, when I click to open up the full chat, my own conference chat opens up instead of the the conference I'm looking at.

Like the OP said, little things. This is nothing more then having to do some extra clicking but it'd be nice to not have to do any extra.

To be honest, the "when we have time" thing really annoyed me. I get trying to keep the forums from going "too far" but, if you have time to monitor the forums(chastise two users, delete numerous posts, delete several entire threads, respond cryptically, respond meaninglessly, etc, etc), there is time on the table. I doubt WIS SUPPORT is a programmer but time and money is being used to perform a somewhat meaningless task. Use that resource better.

And I know you guys LOVE to see WifS respond in the forums but, as I just noted, it's meaningless. I'm sure MOST of you would prefer to see action over words.
This was a huge complaint of many users including myself when 3.0 rolled out. There were issues and despite many promises that the new beta would get all the bugs worked out, many stated it would be a long time before we get anything fixed, if not altogether abandoned until the next Seble wants to come put a stamp on things on this way out.

I do understand. I just don't agree that it's anything that anyone needs to work on, because there is a very simple and easy way to chat with another conference. In beta, people complained that chat was moved away from the standings page, so they added it on the side to standings. They probably shouldn't have, because it's much simpler and more intuitive to just access chat through your home startup.

Its not extra clicking. You're already doing more clicking than you need to by accessing chat through standings, instead of your home startup. One click on view full chat, one drop down. Same number of clicks as before.
