Raptors can field a pretty solid team. They are fine. Off the top of my head you can have a Hakeem/Camby/Marion/T-Mac/Billups starting 5, with many other good options for the bench.
I say leave every franchises as they are. It's a 24 team league, so the weakest 6 teams simply won't get selected.

Donyell, valancuinas, bismack... some others too... nice squad...

just so you know combining weaker expansion squads has been part of the fabric of this league since its inception (and I invite you to field that Raptors squad in this league and see how that works out for you)

I'll take the Raptors "IF" you'll pay for the team "IF" I make the 2nd round of the playoffs....

I wouldn't mind the Raptors as well, but at 11 I think I'll have some other options. Now if this draft would just get moving lol

If there is a precedent and an existing list (to prevent any arguments over who should be merged) then I support it. Let's just use that list.

That second option is intriguing. I love finding new ways to raise the stakes.
