On 2nd session - the split session works well except for job changes. Adjust players with the late preference to start signing 2 cycles later than they currently do. Leave other players alone (so drop downs can sign in the first cycle as normal, if they wanted to sign early). That gives new coaches and teams with EEs a pool they know will accept their effort, without undue interference in D2/3 teams recruiting up.
On conference chat, are people still having problems finding it? It's exactly the same number of clicks as it was before. You can see recent conference chat on your own startup page, and with one click and one drop down selection, you are at any other conference chat.
Yes, but if you are clicking to the world chat from the Standings page it automatically takes you to your own world chat, even if you're looking at the standings in another division.
OK, but you don't have to access chat through standings anymore. You're going out of your way if you're doing that. If someone from out of conference posts on your conference chat, you just click on their conference under their name, and it takes you directly there. Or if you want to post something out of the blue, access chat from you home startup, as mentioned above, and then select the conference from the drop down.
You're not understanding. If I'm just looking at another conference and see some interesting stuff on their chat, when I click to open up the full chat, my own conference chat opens up instead of the the conference I'm looking at.
Like the OP said, little things. This is nothing more then having to do some extra clicking but it'd be nice to not have to do any extra.
I do understand. I just don't agree that it's anything that anyone needs to work on, because there is a very simple and easy way to chat with another conference. In beta, people complained that chat was moved away from the standings page, so they added it on the side to standings. They probably shouldn't have, because it's much simpler and more intuitive to just access chat through your home startup.
Its not extra clicking. You're already doing more clicking than you need to by accessing chat through standings, instead of your home startup. One click on view full chat, one drop down. Same number of clicks as before.
