Citing George Washington as precedent, the DOJ is saying that it is AOK for President Trump to take foreign governments’ and state-controlled banks’ money for goods and services without congressional approval, that it is not a violation of the Emoluments Clause of the United States Constitution.

the doj is representing trump - potus...they filed a brief to dismiss a watchdog lawsuit...it is in litigation...if the case is not dismissed this will be a case to pay attention to as it plays out in federal court...could end up in supreme court............great find..taint.
