Anyone kept old Gil's post about how he analyzed positions? With 3.0 , I kinda lost how to balance rosters.

No, it was his view of how to build a roster. He posted a lot about it, just could not find it.

I can see why I got them mixed up!

Billy didn't talk about positions, he talked about roles. I think the terms he used were:

Defender
Scorer
Distributor
Rebounder

He used to say if eveyone on your team filled two of those roles your team was pretty good.

If I remember correctly, he actually didn't think there was a big difference between the positions, except PG.
