As to Trump and intelligence......... that would depend on how you frame the question........ the word used here was "dumb"....... He's (likely) not dumb (or at least not dumber than some)......... That is NOT, (however), any measure of his intelligence......... which by any visible measure "we the people" are privy to------------seems to be severely limited.
