My assumption is we could make adjustments between halves. If not, there's no point.

For me, it would add more strategy. "Damn, they're shutting down my SG. Must be doubling him." Do I keep his distribution the same assuming they will keep doubling him? Do I reduce his shots? Should I get my big man more shots? Would it be wise to double their hot SF who's 6-8 from the field but almost tripled his PPG already?

Honestly, until we have more options and settings for adjustments, I think the benefit would be minimal.

This would be a great addition...you could adjust a lot of things, tempo, defensive positioning, etc. Would also give me something to do in the afternoon at work =)

But, yeah, change starters, depth chart, distribution, etc, etc.

Psht, my boss also said its important to meet deadlines...what does he know.

Why is everyone saying no? It would add so much more strategy with distro and matchups...

This would require major code changes (yes really) and wouldn't add nearly as much to the game as you think, so then you'd ask for more changes...

Well we are paying customers, it's expected that we have regular defect resolution and small improvements implemented. If you take a look at the forum it's already filled with many requests for changes..

There is no way this actually happens. They can't even program the recruit considering list. This is just a fun idea.

Well, you are only "under 18" so...

;)

For me, sometimes I'm heavily favored and would like to play back-ups, maybe even third string, in those games. Or just dick around with line-up experiments. But I don't trust the spreads or my ability to fully understand how taking out a stud for a 3rd stringer will play out. If I could make adjustments at halftime, assuming blow out in progress, I could better manage/develop my roster.
