Attention Points and Recruiting Topic

Does putting attention points on a recruit after you've unlocked everything still help in the actual recruitment of the player? Or can I adjust my attention points to another potential recruit to start working on unlocking their recruiting actions?

Thanks in advance

It does. I would say 60-80 APs equals one HV

There's no consensus on the relative value of APs to HVs. There's some value, but I'm skeptical that it's as simple as "60 APs = 1 HV". In any case, you certainly can move around APs to unlock other guys. I do that often. Anecdotally, I've noticed that a precipitous drop in AP can attract sims, so I try not to drop it by more than ~45% in a cycle. I don't have any data to support it, it's just what I do.

I like to keep some AP on the players most likely to get swiped away by someone. I like to think it keeps me from dropping to moderate/low when they make there move. Had that happen all the time in 2.0 and again in 3.0. Since 3.0 has AP I started leaving some on the players and was able to stay in the running in most cases.

Especially players that are listed as LATE signees.
