Because Congress made up a Russia Sanctions bill that was Dump proof, duh.

Putin is ****** because he was promised sanctions would be lifted by the Dump campaign, thus all the secret meetings about "adoptions"

putin's objective is to humiliate the united states and create chaos and instability in the united states...trump is subservient because he has to be..putin is having fun........putin enjoys when trump is in a box...he will not protect trump......the cat is already out of the bag...as long as republicans continue to protect trump..the putin game continues......putin doesnt want the sanctions..but.trump is in a box....that part is fun for putin....putin is no friend of trump and trump knows that.
