doubtful.. especially if it was at will employment. even if it wasn't, his ex-employer could probably find a more acceptable reason for firing him if they had to. Maybe he called in sick to attend the rally.
It's hilarious when people like all3 are suddenly worried about protecting employees. It's almost like they haven't spent their entire adult lives voting for a party that has made stripping away employee protections and employer regulations a primary mission.

Just couldn't bring myself to vote for the biggest criminal ever to appear on a Presidential ballot and am now absolutely ashamed of the way much of the Democratic Party and it's supporters are behaving. There is also nothing in my post that supports the man, it simply states what happens in today's litigious-happy society. (Wonder which Party's members started that?) In February, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS)reported the black unemployment rate at 8.1, but the number dropped to 8.0 in March, 7.9 in April, and 7.5 in May.

Black unemployment has not been this low since December 2000, when 7.4 percent of African-Americans looking for work were unable to find it.

When Obama took office, the rate was around 12.7 percent. When he left office, it was 7.7 percent.


Does he get credit for helping 'the blacks"?

I think there's ~8000 kkk members in the US. While it's sucks that there's even that many, it's really not a big number at all when compared to the 9 million cows raised in Montana.

Technically cows are huge producers of methane gas which accounts for 39 percent of all the greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture. And lest we forget Obama said global warming is the greatest threat to mankind... I think you should rethink your position that protesters are more dangerous than cows.
