Being a Nazi = Not OK
Yelling no cops = Not OK

Both sides left and right need to STFU and let us moderates run the country
Wait what?

You can't equate being a nazi to yelling about cops.
So you can equate Trump to Hitler and I cannot equate Nazis to those who yell F the police and no cops?

Please STFU yourself
Looks like you defended your choice to equate them.

Hmmmmmmmmm.......
That was hyperbole. Look it up.

Again do you deny that the chanters equated the KKK to Police Officers.

Y or N?

Fine people in a crowd of fascists and racists?

That there are people that still defend Trump after his remarks about Charlottesville is beyond me.

If he needs some help, counseling, whatever in finding the right words he should listen to some of his republican friends:

We must be clear. White supremacy is repulsive. This bigotry is counter to all this country stands for. There can be no moral ambiguity.

— Paul Ryan (@SpeakerRyan) 15. August 2017

This is simple: we must condemn and marginalize white supremacist groups, not encourage and embolden them.

— Senator Todd Young (@SenToddYoung) 15. August 2017

Mr. President, you can't allow #WhiteSupremacists to share only part of blame. They support idea which cost nation & world so much pain 5/6

— Marco Rubio (@marcorubio) 15. August 2017
Trump handled it terribly. But there is no way that there weren't people there who were not white supremacists.
No way? Why?
For the exact same reason everyone protesting in Ferguson, MO weren't criminals. They were SURROUNDED by people looting, destroying property, stealing, etc, etc, but they stayed on the streets.

Are you going to put EVERYONE on the streets in Ferguson in the same category?

I think protesting/counter-protesting is stupid. But everyone who does it isn't doing it for the same reasons.
Two completely different situations.

People participating in the rioting in Ferguson were bad because they were rioting. People there but not participating in the rioting weren't necessarily bad people.

People participating in the nazi march were bad because they made the choice to participate in a nazi march. Even if violence hadn't broken out, they would still be bad people.
****. We went thru this.

Are you SURE that no one was there just to protest the removal of the statue? Say a local resident liked the statue. Just the beauty of it. Didn't even know who it was. Heard it was coming down and there was word of some protest. So he wandered down to view it one last time. HOLY ****!!!! NAZIS ON THE LEFT!!!! BLM ON THE RIGHT!!!! BOTH ARE ARMED!!!! THIS CAN'T BE GOOD!!!! I'M GETTING OUT OF HERE!!!

Too late. You're already a racist nazi because you were on the left side of the street. Might as well burn a cross and a make a shield.
But you left, though. So you didn't participate in the nazi march. Because you aren't a bad person.
How quickly does one have to leave to not "participate"?

What if said person didn't "participate", didn't leave but stood around to legally protest?

Bad person?
8/17/2017 3:32 PM
Guilty by assoc.
8/17/2017 3:35 PM
But that only applies to WS groups. It does not apply to rioters/looters in other situations. Just ask BL.
8/17/2017 3:40 PM
B_L is a moron who think that the Police are only in place to keep citizens from rioting against the Gov't. He is either stupid or pretending to be stupid. Either way debating him kills more brain cells than alcohol.

He can renounce anyone he wants. He also has a history of some racial segregation in his businesses. Actions always mean more than mere words.
So what should he do.... Should his actions be similar to Duterte in the Philippines and he should just have the police go in and start killing off white supremacists? There are laws in this country. All he has are words... Until they break the law they can say whatever they want, which is unfortunate but an important part of free speech.
You're missing the point. He condemns racism and white supremacy, but his actions in the past say otherwise, just like he says he wants to bring jobs back to America but almost everything his companies sells is made elsewhere. What does he need to do? Nothing. The American public needs to be smart enough not to elect someone like him.

Bannon, Miller, and Gorka yer fired.

I quit
Whats wrong with Gorka?
He has ties to anti-semitic, right-wing groups in Hungary.
People who have worked with Gorka have said that he is not anti-Semitic. In February 2017 Congressman and Israel Allies Caucus Co-Chair Trent Franks called Gorka "the staunchest friend of Israel and the Jewish people."

Boris, on this one you need to look a little deeper........ overturn the rock and see what is beneath. Gorka is the enemy of a free people. And Trent Franks is from Arizona again. From one of the wealthiest most solid Republican gerrymandered legislative districts in the state. And he's clearly a racist homophobe of the highest order that wants to instill HIS particular religious views on all of us by using political means to enshrine laws that reflect his narrow views. He is one of the largest "gators" in that swamp of Republican DC powermongers. You must not be up on current news. You depending on Fox News for your information?? Try elsewhere.
8/17/2017 4:14 PM
Bob, I am very sensitive to the whole issue of Israel and US being allies. To me under BO that relationship became severely strained. I do not listen to Fox or CNN as both are biased and do not report news per se but push their own objectives. I try to read details and form my own opinions in general. I only recall Gorka because he called Islam an ideology and I actually have heard many say the same thing and I do not think he is wrong.
8/17/2017 4:18 PM
Of course Islam is an ideology. Any religious doctrine is an ideology. Like Christianity. You don't deny all the millions of humans that have been killed in the name of Christianity, do you? Heck, I believe we used that argument (Christianity) to justify our extermination practices with the Native Americans we pushed off this land. Called them savages as I recall, tried to strip them of their own culture and lifeways and FORCE Christianity on them........ How'd that work out? Christian enough for ya'? History tells me (when reading it honestly) that WE were the savages in that conflict and our cultural arrogance and ignorance kept us from learning YUGE amounts from what was (in reality) a more advanced spiritual and ecological being than we are yet!

Walk in beauty brother!

I'm not exactly sure what actions in the past prove he's a racist? He's in the hotel and casino business which employs an enormous amount of Latinos and other immigrants. That's an Action, right?

Everything any company in the US makes is made elsewhere because it's the best business decision available for them thanks to politicians. Trump's Actions have been mass deregulation across many industries to bring back jobs. His next Actions are corporate tax cuts and repatriation.

I'm glad your an Actions guy. So am I. How do you explain Obama talking about the evil rich yet only the rich increased wealth under his administration. Or his talk about big bad oil while the largest US oil boom EVER happened on his watch. Or his talk about guns being bad yet over 100,000,000 million guns were sold in 7 years. Just curious, Actions guy.
