If we get 3-4 percent growth then much of this won't be as big a deal.

Judicial appointments, agency directives, executive orders, prioritizing resources, etc. The only thing we've got working for us now is the fact that Trump is totally incompetent and doesn't actually care about governing. If he had a real agenda, or allowed someone with a real agenda to influence him, they could do a lot of damage.

They could completely **** up the environment, kill net neutrality, wreck foreign relations. There are no checks on those things.

Trump appointed a head of the FCC who is openly hostile towards net neutrality. He repealed environmental regulations and pulled out of the Paris agreement. He hasn't staffed the state department to adequately levels and has relied on diplomacy-by-twitter.

Those things are already happening.
