He may not be intelligent or quick or sensitive or aware or respectful or caring or even cognizant, but he's always never classy.

Graham-Cassidy is getting pretty exciting.
Who would have thought that Moy was so into wealth redistribution.
If this bill passes into law it will completely shut down the current path to single-payer healthcare in the United States for decades. Once the states are getting money they'll never give it up just like welfare dependents refuse to give up their welfare check.

I'm actually a bit intrigued by this plan because it gives more power to the states to handle their own health care. Some states will screw it up and others will do really well, possibly creating innovative new ways to provide healthcare coverage. As you know I'm a small government, low Tax Guy. This checks off the small-government check box.
So youre happy states get to decide about money but also glad states dont get to decide whether to go single payer or not. Sounds legit.

Huh? If a state decides to go single payer I wouldn't care.... Unless it was Illinois, where I live.

We're simply tired of weak unqualified Governors accepting low hanging Federal fruit with a short term benefit in exchange for the apparent lifetime forever commitment expected from the citizenry to Washington D.C.
