There's no expertise needed to understand the most basic of tax preparation.

I'm a key account manager for a large beer distributor.

HA!! Nice I have a local beer manufacturer as a client. In my prior life Harpoon was a client. Not sure you have Harpoon where you are.

I know this. More you deduct, higher your refund. Simplistic but true.

Yet she keeps coming back and always pays her bills.

She deducts it on her PITR. Small deduction.

I think the root of your problem is you’re viewing it in terms of a “refund.”

A lot of times, that’s more of a function of what you out on your W4.

You should be focused on your total tax liability. That’s the number you want to reduce through income deductions like SALT or tax credits like the child care credit.

No Harpoon around here though I've seen the pumpkin a few times for some reason. I think it's called UFO. I've had most of their stuff and been to the brewery. Not bad for East Coast offerings.

Possibly yes. The fact that I get an annual refund makes me an idiot. I need to fix that. I can never get it right.

I am not a fan but it is local, etc. Yes, UFO is one of their signature brands.

I don't drink often but when I do it is generally Allagash or a beer like that.

If you're an IPA guy, find some Trillium orTree House. They are killing it and people pay ungodly amounts to get their stuff out here. Personal favorite of mine is New England Brewing Company. Love their Gahndi-Bot( I think they had to drop the Gahndi lately) and Imperial Stout Trooper line(should be right up your alley, a Russian Imperial Stout). Had one of the worst hangovers of my life in Saratoga, New York after running into a freshly tapped keg of Gahndi-Bot. Oh my.

Ever heard of Night shift?

Wait there is Russian beer? This I must have!!! LOL
1/8/2018 7:50 PM
I've heard of Night Shift but I've never tried any of their stuff.

The RIS is more of a style than a true russian beer. Very hoppy imperial stout.

Allagash is one of the best breweries in the state. I almost cried when they pulled out of Washington State in 2013. The white is one of the easiest drinking beers crafted and the Coolship Resurgam is one of the best wild/sour ales produced in the country. Just a world class brewery in everything they do.

Yeah, it is pricey but very good. Smooth as you stated.

Generally smaller classes = better learning. Not always. A lot of it is the PARENTS!!!!

Single parents will usually have kids that do not learn as well.
Sooo it is the parents job to teach the kids?
