David Frum was considered a bit of a joke here in Canada because for a few years he went around bragging that it was him, as Dubya's speechwriter, who came up with that nifty "axis of evil" phrase. In recent years I think he's matured a lot. He seems genuinely horrified that the GOP is now led by a cretin like Trump.

della reese was very good vocalist....not great but good enough to get a daytime show before oprah....i think in the 60s.
oprah has a gravitas.....she is known as both an activist and a philanthopist and not afraid to speak her mind.
i agree...she would beat anyone who ran against her.

here is a little story to think about it........pence's chief of staff and head of communication and chief counsel all quit already...there were others too.....a chief of staff and chief counsel and commun. director says to me they might have had to quit because they know what pence knows or things pence did and/or know of lies pence made......that is just speculation but those resignations are highly unusual so fast esp for a VP.

Trump's shattered the glass ceiling for totally unqualified people becoming president. He's paved the way for Oprah, The Rock, The Kid Rock, Kanye West, any number of Kardashians, and of course "dumb as a brick" (per Bannon) Ivanka. It's a free-for-all going forward!
