It's helpful to Tee Martin to have had the opportunity to be officially interviewed. It becomes a part of his "experience" on paper and in reality it gives him a chance to go through the process, field some questions, etc. Then reflect on it afterwards and use that experience when he gets another opportunity BASED on his (hopefully) continued good performance as a coordinator or Asst. coach. The next time might be a REAL opportunity with a roster that "fits" and he'll be more experienced and May be able to land his dream job........... who knows?
