THIS is the point of the entire discussion, as far as I'm concerned. If the rules and requirements exist for any race for any job, then they need to exist for all races for all jobs. If not, it is racism - pretty clearly and simple to understand.

Still no takers on what % of a person's lineage must be a certain minority to qualify them as that minority - wonder why that is.

My point is that because hiring for players is open and transparant you can draw your own concluions. It is harder with coaching.

Government regulations can only go so far. The best way to control it is if people stop using or going to that business. Of course the people that like the fact that the business discriminates (and there would be some who do) would still go there, but if the business loses a good percentage of their business they will either stop discriminating or go out of business.
