Hello everyone,

I currently have the next 3 months covered for user interviews. However, I am still looking to fill spots for the remaining 9 months of the year. If you or someone you know would be a great user to interview that would be great. Please comment and let me know. I would be happy to incorporate as many coaches as possible. It is also fun to hear about coaches. , o you do not have to be playing in the Knight world to be interviewed. You can play in any world.

Try to get Mr. Myers to do it. He's pretty funny.

You can put me down for one of the months. Not sure how entertaining I will be but willing to give it a go.

I love stuff like this and used to do them for Hardball Dynasty blogs. I'm down if you need a month filled. If not, thank you for writing them, they are fun reads!

I’d say you could interview me, however most people who know me from the early days aren’t playing, so most of what I achieved through accomplishments or infamy are probably forgotten.

I remember the whole "My account was hacked!!!" thing when you got busted for the 10k recruitment offer. Good times.

tdiddy, if I remember correctly, you were the first person to figure out which recruiting efforts could not be declined by 5 star recruits and innovated the technique to spam those methods until you were able to get them to accept the scholarship and then from there they would accept all recruiting efforts including campus visits.

Not sure if you were the creator of the method, but I seemed to remember you were the one that made it public.

Is that correct?

The guys I was getting weren’t 5* players, but they were fringe D1/D2 players that I was able to get at D3 schools. I discovered that if you wait until the end of recruiting, players would soften their demands and with the right formula, they could be persuaded to accept scholarships. It was because of me during 1.0 that WIS put hard caps on what divisions a player would sign with, and created the team prestige and allowing top teams to be eligible to recruit players lower prestige teams couldn’t.

Then there was Dowdygate where another player found a list of usernames and passwords on another site where I used my same password as here, and hacked into one of my accounts and offered a bribe to a recruit I already had locked up to get me on probation... opening up a huge investigation by WIS. The two guys involved finally admitted to it, and although I don’t remember exactly what WIS did, they were punished.

I think I might have been the first human to win a D1 title as well, but I’d have to look that one up to see if that is correct or not.

Those are my most notable moments in this game.

I was not the first. 1olddog won in wooden just before i won in Smith.

Can you say more about why they did that?

It was a "mostly" hard cap. D3 teams could still pull down D1 players but you had to be within 70 miles and they couldn't be ranked.

I kinda wish they would go back to a hard cap.
