You can't have it both ways. If the US is holding African Americans back then is it pushing Jewish people forward? LOL
Culture/race whatever.

Hahaha Jewish newspaper ahahha

I never said pushing Jews forward. I said indifference.

Name an institutional racist practice against Jews.
If it is indifference then why are they more successful? Redlining is against poor areas not races. Try again.

Name one example that specifically shows school funding is lower for African American people not zip codes but people. I am sure that African American kids living in my neighborhood get equal funding to the white kids.

BTW - my daughter. #1 in her class. Coincidence? Jews are better? Why is it? Please explain, tangy.

Do you know what redlining was? The creator of it was a blatant racist and even said that the goal was to keep black people out.

They are just more successful I guess. Stereotypes say they are more white. Small sample size.

School funding is based on county. Has nothing to do with race. GA is a good example. The county that I live in is about 80% white. Poor as dirt, home values suck, and school funding is minimal. Druid Hills is predominantly black. Strong home values, 1500 sf homes are 1/2 million dollars. Schools are funded well. School funding has nothing to do with institutional racism. It has to do wealth of a county. It just so happens that counties that are predominantly black tend to be poorer. I'm not drawing any correlation, just stating a fact.

I know Taint argues that redlining is still practiced, but my personal experiences tell me differently. If I'm wrong, I will be more than happy to back track and eat some crow. I'm not going to buy that a practice 50 years ago has the impact that you claim today.

https://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2015/09/public-school-funding-and-the-role-of-race/408085/ Per student black and hispanic people recieve less funding. Partially because they live in worse neighborhoods. Redlining strikes again.

To your other idiotic point,
1. You named one person. Think big sample size. I could name Christians who were successful.
2. Your chart showed people by religion, not race. You are an atheist, not a Jew. By race you may be Jewish. But your chart, the only evidence shown rn, was by religion. You went against your own evidence.

I 100% agree. The points go hand in hand. Redlining to worse neighborhoods. Worse neighborhoods to lower funding.

Use some common sense, Tang. You're struggling on me now. You know that chart can very easily be broken down by race fairly accurately. You're grabbing at straws now.

We already showed that it still does. The damage was done. Adam Ruins Everything did a great job of explaining it. There are also TONS of research that shows this, plus the stats just show that it still affects us. Neighborhoods are very segregated based on race

Yes, but I just showed you that race is not a true indicator. Very few blacks where I live. Very little money. If you're ever in Atlanta, ride through North Druid Hills. Nothing is slowing those blacks down.

The chart clearly showed religion. I guess you could break down each category by race percentages per religion but that seems pretty sketchy. Just post something on race if you want. I am too tired and too lazy to look it up.

There are too many assumptions in your evidence to be called facts.

A lot of school funding is based on attendance, at least it was in California. We got in a lot of trouble our senior year(class of 87) because we did an unofficial senior cut day 87 days from the end of school...just so happened to coincide with the annual attendance audit to determine funding for the next school year.

I would think that you would know better than to use one example to counter my bigger picture statistics. It's an exception to the rule.
