AND by the time the well meaning people in the new majority figure out the current minority was correct in the first place, it will be too late.

And for whatever brief moment in time we had an American Culture, it will forever be forgotten and erased to history. Rewritten. A new DARK AGE will descend. And perhaps another thousand years will pass and much blood shed for the glimpse of freedom lost.

Many, including some that voted for Obama, voted against Democrats beginning in 2010. They liked Obama, but not so much his politics, and voted to reverse course in many states. There are some extremes on both sides, but the vast majority of voters lie more towards the middle. There are built in checks and balances. Ebbs and flows, but I don't think we will see a major shift that lasts a generation. Even Obama, with a supermajority, couldn't swing the pendulum as far left as he would have liked. And much of what he did accomplish has been undone by Trump in just 1 year...

He DIDN'T fire the guy....

Besides the fact he's said a ton of times that he's never given it a thought, not much. Everyone is numb to his lies now.

So what? He hasn't fired the guy. His administration has seemingly cooperated with Mueller. Why is this dominating news cycles?

Well, it definitely showed that he doesn't give a **** about obstructing justice. Will see how much they cooperate when it comes down to his interview.

Did he? Because you want to see him guilty? And the proof is where? Hiding where the collusion evidence resides?

He fired Comey because of the Russia investigation. If that's not an attempt at obstruction, I'm not sure what else can convince you.

How did that obstruct? Did evidence dry up? It changes what?

Admittedly, it looked bad when they changed their story as to why he fired him. But the guy made a mess. He clearly politicized the office. He needed to be shown the door.

Just because the investigation has continued doesn't mean it's not obstruction.

We will find out soon enough.

I'm still waiting for the perjury charges to come down on Sessions.
