If you go from a FF to winning 9 games the following season then you have more problems than losing out on a PG.

Especially when you run zone.

I lost 6 in a row for a PG in Smith. Ruined a final four team for a couple of seasons. Remember all the complaining and crying I did?

Of course you don't. Because I didn't complain or cry. I could have done better.
What ruined your team was 49 average ATH...

I've made a DI Sweet 16 with 1 player over 68 PA and 1 player with 2 or more assists per game IN A MOTION.
The PG I didn't get would have probably helped that.

Hard to play most of the game on the wrong end of the court. That happens when you end up playing a poor BH/P SF at PG because he's your best option.

Should have gotten BACKUPS!!!!!

Agreed. Hence the "Because I didn't complain or cry. I could have done better."

And the reason I didn't go all in on Jones against AZ.

So you're saying you went 5 straight seasons of being unable to recruit a player who could be a serviceable PG. At D3.
1/31/2018 10:10 AM
Where did I say that?

Hudnall/Grindstaff graduated in 96. **** the bed in 97 after failing to get a PG in 95-96. Missed again in 97, signed Stevens in 98(made the tourney). No idea what happened in 99 other than I gave up about halfway thru and played underclassmen. 16-5 in 100.

Are you so desperate to argue that you're making up what I said?

You just keep mentioning how you went 0-6 on dice rolls for a PG.
1/31/2018 10:19 AM
I did. Where did I say it was over 5 seasons?
1/31/2018 10:21 AM
But here's what happened after losing those DR:

I learned. Create a back-up plan while going after your primary targets. You know, just in case you don't get said primary target.

Hence, no "all in" on Jones.

"unable" ? More like he doesnt see the need for a good PG. He was trying to tell me that D2 Lander shouldnt even have a PG. Literally Every squad Mike has is filled with low BH/P guards. Goes crazy when they dole out a 1-2 assists in a game

Sez the guy who played an unathletic PF at PG in M2M then wondered why he couldn't win games. Your HD knowledge can be written on a postage stamp in bold print.

PF with BH/P of 75-50. Best ballhandler on the team HANDS DOWN.

You do realize in M2M that he had to cover the opposing PG, right? A much more athletic and faster player, right?
