Shapiro might be very smart but he makes bad faith arguments. Essentially, he uses his smarts to convince dumb people to believe his rhetoric despite the fact that he's advocating for bad policy.
"Dumb People" = Subjective.
"Bad Policy" = Subjective.
I like his ideas and policies except that I am pro choice. If that makes me "dumb" in your eyes so be it. I would wager that most people think he is very smart including those on the Left based on the rhetoric I have heard about him. But then again you don't seem to care about facts. You have an agenda. I just don't understand where you are coming from whatsoever.
For example, Ben Shapiro argues against net neutrality. For most people, that's a bad policy. Removing net neutrality results in less consumer choice, higher prices, less incentive for ISPs to improve service, etc.
For a few people, ISP companies and companies big enough that throttling or higher priced fast lanes only restrict their competition but not them, getting rid of net neutrality is a good thing.
Yet there are a bunch of idiots who listen to Shapiro and agree with him because they think he's really smart. These idiots are so dumb they don't know the difference between a tax credit and a tax deduction, but they think they understand how the internet should work.
