Actually, maybe this could help.
In your trucking business, you offer a new feature to your customers. It costs you a little more overhead but based upon what you've heard from your customers, it seems like a good idea.
After a year, you ask your customers how they like the new feature. It's an even split between customers who like it, dislike and who don't care.
Do you just say - well that's inconclusive. Guess we'll continue on with this new feature that costs us more money. La de da.
