Remember that you can't pick before you're scheduled time slot (if somebody has been skipped). Your time slot is 2:00 pm EDT.

Since it's 2 pm now, the pick is legal.

The listed time is the start time. When you can make your pick. Sadly, I knew that just distracted working on tax returns. More focused on tax.
