Unfortunately I think the only way one of them stays is because David Cusumano bolts at #82 (on the fence) and with the 4 SRs on your roster, you can't lose both of your Likely Going (in other words, you'll highly likely have 2 EEs one way or another anyway).

I suspect #1 will have something north of 90% probability to leave. #16 will have something between 80-90% probability. I don’t know of any reason to suspect their position matters. If they both leave, which is likely, but not a given, #82 will have to stay.

I don’t know the %, but it’s high, and it probably depends on where exactly he is on the board. The higher, the more likely. I always figured the likely going guys were somewhere between ~70-90+, depending on how high they were. But I don’t keep the data, because it doesn’t matter to me all that much, so it’s just a guess.
