One season per team draft (9 in) Topic

I have to believe you can make a competitive team out of any season from the last three decades. There are at least two draft league first round picks in every season since 1979-80, right?

At a 50M cap, I'd be very surprised if a team in the bottom half of the draft -if it's only one round- wins this league.

The last 3 years where you can average 60 efg, plus great rebounding would be really tough to beat.

2 rounds, allowing any year to be used twice might get ppl in.

I want to keep it as a one round draft, but I’m going to lower the cap to 46M

There's no way the bottom of the draft will be able to compete.

That’s always true in the Old School and EOL. More about the build and luck. I do think you can build a great 90’s team and compete at 46M, but that’s just me.

Not really true. It's maybe true for the last 2-4 spots in those leagues, not bottom half... I agree that the $46M cap makes it closer.

Depends on what you think competing is. I played my fair share of Old School. Even Houston is hard to use

I've faced myself in the finals in the last 3 Old Skool leagues with teams I drafted in the back half of the draft so no

that being said, there are first round draft league players in every season since 1979. I think it’s doable.
it’s a challenge, but it’s doable as long as 12-18 can’t afford peak Drummond and peak DeAndre.
