TRUMP: Best President Ever (New and Improved!) Topic

Ocasio-Cortez was also asked if capitalism has failed to deliver for working class Americans, in light of the nation's booming economy and low unemployment numbers.

“Unemployment is low because everyone has two jobs,” Ocasio-Cortez asserted. “Unemployment is low because people are working 60, 70, 80 hours a week and can barely feed their kids.”

Ocasio-Cortez -- who is set to square off against Republican Anthony Pappas in New York’s 14th congressional district race in the fall -- blamed "no-holds-barred, Wild West, hyper-capitalism" for the problems working Americans face.

"What that means is profit at any cost," Ocasio-Cortez continued. "Capitalism has not always existed in the world, and it will not always exist in the world."

It's the same right wing propaganda you hear about colleges. All libs on campus!!!

Less than four weeks after she stunned the political establishment with an upset victory in a New York House primary, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez stepped out onto the national campaign stage for the first time Friday, an emerging star of the insurgent left bringing her message to the heartland.

She joined the white-haired lion of the progressive movement, Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont, for two rallies for House candidates in Kansas districts that Democrats hope to wrest from Republicans in the fall.

“Change takes courage,” she told a packed auditorium at a downtown convention center here. “Change takes guts.”

“What you have shown me, and what we will show in the Bronx, is that working people in Kansas share the same values — the same values — as working people anywhere else,” she said.

It was a message that had carried Ms. Ocasio-Cortez, 28, to victory in New York last month and all but assured her election to Congress in a heavily Democratic district in Queens and the Bronx. And whether establishment politicians like it or not, Ms. Ocasio-Cortez, a Democratic socialist, is now rushing to transport her unapologetically left-wing message to other parts of the country.

On Friday she shared the energy with the 76-year-old Mr. Sanders, who came on stage after her to deafening cheers, telling the crowd, “Whether you live in Vermont or the Bronx or Kansas, we share common hopes and aspirations that are much greater than the superficial differences that may separate us.”

You'll have to do better.

I'm a right wing conservative and I haven't heard of some of these.

Don't know the last four. You must'a been stretching for them.

I'll give you FOX even though they are fair and balanced.

The Hill and Drudge don't belong on this list. They actually report news, although the Hill is wrong when they don't see it my way.

I respect Breitbart and mourn at his passing. Let's all say a prayer. I got some of his stuff through RUSH LIMBAUGH years ago but haven't heard much since and NEVER go there. I'm glad you brought it back to my attention. I didn't even know they were still around. THANKS!

I'll give you the Post. I don't like 'um. Too much gossip crap and local politics. Good for New York though. Out numbered 2 to 1. Next time I get a chance, which is several times a week, I'll pick up a copy just to **** you off. You do not get National Review. The Review was the darling and gold standard of the right when Buckley was alive. They have been tainted by your cancer. They are never Trumpers and so they can't be counted. They will have to work hard to ever get back and I don't think they ever will. They are fat lazy RINOs now. Like the Bushes.

But here's what you should take home from this simple exercise we're in.

NOTHING on your incomplete and incorrect list even comes close to the 90% plus liberal media when it comes to hatred and propaganda and fake.

I'll just leave you with CNN and PMSNBC as an example of counter balance because my fingers would fall off if I attempted to list them all.

THANKS FOR PLAYING.

Doug, being a Conservative doesn't mean that they are Trumpers. In fact, loads of Conservatives don't like Trump. You certainly do know InfoWars, since Rush has cited them many times. Alex Jones is only slightly more crazy than Rush but many listen to him, sadly.

Economist and Federalist are well known. American Conservative less so, but whatever.

Hill and Drudge are like PBS or HuffPo.

You would love Breitbart. Bunch of crazies there, like you.

National Review is still right-leaning. It doesn't matter that they dislike Trump. Many right-wingers dislike Trump. Many leftists dislike Sanders.

Doug, what you fail to realize is that the admittedly disproportionate ratio of left to right wing sites is actually good for Conservatives. Fox News is booming right now. Want to know why? Because millions of Conservatives want to tune in as they see this one big station telling them what they think is the truth. That helps the right. If you are a liberal, there are tons of mainstream outlets to get your echo chamber of news. CNN, MSN, NYT, etc. all have differing messages and biases. Conservatives have Fox, and crazy conservatives such as yourself have places like Rush Limbaugh or Breitbart or InfoWars to help you lose your sanity. What Fox is able to do is originate a message and pass it along every show and into politicians. Liberal sites can't do that. Sorry Doug, but you have to find something else to complain about.

LOOK!

I don't want this to become one of those long regurgitated reposted threads that go on forever.

I HAVE ONE THING TO SAY HERE.

I DON'T KNOW OR GO TO INFOWARS.

Please don't ever say that again. That's a lie I know is a lie because it's personal and it's about ME and I know the damned TRUTH about who or where or what I am and INFOWARS never has been and never will be a part of it. IT'S ONLY YOU PEOPLE THAT BRING IT UP! I don't know where you found it, but you sure do read and reference it a lot.

Can we move on now?

While Sanders and Cortez are farther left than I am, they are not true socialists and would be capitalist in practice.

HI

Some of you voted for me.

I think you should know what you're getting.

The democrats don't like me though.

They're already telling me what to do and say. Telling me to shut up before I destroy myself.

They didn't think I had a chance to win the election. Just like TRUMP. Now they have to deal with me.

Democrats aren't very good at elections. I hope they don't treat me like they do TRUMP.
