I'm not sure that this is true, and if it is it troubles me. See, it's very obvious to a lot of us that what the Trump wing of the GOP is trying to do is frame the Mueller investigation as corrupt and left-leaning when that is not true at all. IF Mueller finds that Trump has BROKEN THE LAW then that is a pretty big deal and (in my mind) worth impeachment. Unfortunately IF that happens, Fox News and others will just push back as another Democrat conspiracy. That's bad news for America.

This is one thing that righties like to harp on like it's a big deal. But the truth is that it isn't. There's a reason why Fox News has higher ratings than CNN right now, and it isn't based on the quality of reporting. It's because conservatives have very few programs that support their echo chamber. They go to Fox. That's why Fox is able to dominate the national discourse and CNN and MSN aren't. Honestly, IMO the right has it better in terms of media.

This "opposition" was in place before the election and was a well planned effort to ruin him.

While I agree that too many people didn't give Trump a chance before the election, it's not like there's some grand conspiracy going on. Most things that the media reports on are at least based on true facts, while I do agree that some things (such as the Stormy Daniels stuff) get overblown. But as you stated, Trump brings a lot of that on himself. Also it would be good to mention here that Fox News found so much **** to criticize Obama for during his 4 years. Presidents get criticized. It happens. Remember Benghazi? That was a nothingburger but it was treated like the biggest scandal ever. The Clinton email scandal was way overblown. The media always attacks the President.

He's not a good businessman IMO, but on the racism point I agree. Most people agree that Trump isn't racist. I would say that racists like Trump, and for good reason. His rhetoric benefits them. I would take Obama over Trump any day of the week on social issues.

Not buying it. If only black people voted, Democrats would win every single state. Democrats have done a lot for minorities and for the poor, and will remain the party for those groups for the foreseeable future.

I'll say it again. I like the job DJT is doing so far. I like his tax cuts for corporations, increased military spend, denouncement of Iran, moving the embassy to Jerusalem and overall Israel support and the economy seems to be doing well. If you have a different agenda that is your right and you have your vote.

Things have changed, and a lot of people haven’t caught up. Donald Trump is actually more racist with his actions than his words, but that’s not to say he didn’t play footsie with David Duke, or the driver from Charlottesville, or that he doesn’t support the funneling of immigrants into the private prison system for forced labor, or discrimination against Muslims.

If nothing else, he has not condemned those who have extrapolated upon his example. He lends more of his voice to Roseanne Barr and Roy Moore than to any person of color, and it does nothing to dispel the narrative that he is racist, even if he’s sneaky about it.
