I'm gonna take a 3rd team - Denver Nuggets - and I'm going to call the Houston Rockets the San Diego Rockets (where they started as an expansion squad in the 60s) so you can keep them apart division-wise and maintain some semblance of verisimiltude

Hey I made the playoffs and competed decently with them last time. It can be done.
