That 3rd season, where he will never see a minute of action (unless the owner is tanking), is what I was referring to as garbage. The players you address should never be in the League.
The add/drop will allow each owner to address this once, and I guess there aren't really more frequent instances. Should have given it some deeper thought instead of just the surface stuff.
