I already explained to you that racial bias is not racism and showed you the definitions. There is also gender bias. Education bias. Height bias. Weight bias. Biases exist and there is nothing wrong with them.

You saying that if you were a policeman you would be more suspicious and take quicker action against black people is a textbook and PERFECT example of this.

I already told you that Trump is as racist as I am. When we go dating we have biases. Some like blondes, some like brunettes. There is nothing wrong with them. When we choose doctors some like older some like younger. Again nothing wrong. Biases are everywhere. Stop being so freaking sensitive. If antisemitism is wrong why do so many colleges not have an issue with the BDS movements on their campuses? LOL.

For example. I run a department for 10 people. All are white males. One quits. I would like to hire a female because I think she may work better with some female clients and give our team a different perspective. So my bias is toward the female. It doesn't make me sexist. It is just business. If I don't hire her because she is black or a Jew but is otherwise qualified that makes me a racist. If I don't hire her because another candidate applied and she is older and I feel like she would fit in better then that is a bias and there is nothing wrong with it.

This country is becoming more and more wimpy. It annoys me to no end.

Bias: prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair.

Racism: prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one's own race is superior.

African Americans commit more crimes statistically. If the cop is more suspicious but treats the suspect with respect and due process then there is nothing wrong with that. The police officer is doing their job. Is it unfair? Of course. Life is unfair. When I got pulled over when I was younger cops always gave me tickets. Now they are more tolerant as I am older, etc. Biases will always exist and life will frequently be unfair. You snowflakes need to chill with all this equality crap. It is BS.

If I instruct HR to use racial bias when hiring my new assistant, is that OK?
