#2) The Constitution vests judicially unreviewable power in the House of Representatives to determine what conduct amounts to high crimes and misdemeanors. This is English read it.

#3) Excessive contributions are nothing. Punishable by a fine. What did Trump do here? Paid hush money to women. It is not moral but also not uncommon in the world of politics. I am not the morality police.

You hate Trump so to you its a big deal. I like Trump to me its all about nothing. We are both compromised. Shapiro is not. I want to hear what he has to say. You dismiss him but he has the 2nd most popular podcast in the country. He is 34. Number one is Oprah. She is 64.

I value his opinion on this and I am genuinely curious. The Mueller investigation has to do with collusion with Russia not with payments to hot women.

1) A lot of people have law degrees. I would guess that if you asked Shapiro if he considers himself a legal expert, he’d say no.

2) Sure. That doesn’t mean he can’t be indicted.

3) It’s not excessive contributions. It’s unreported contributions designed to influence the election.

This is is a big deal regardless of my personal feelings about Trump.

That's a PART of what the Article (of the Constitution) states with regard to Impeachment.
YOU NEED to read it.

It has some specificity in ADDITION to the "high crimes and misdemeanors" language.
At the center of the specific language is the word BRIBERY. Simply put, for ANY POTUS to engage in "bribery" (either receiving it or PAYING IT) is an impeachable offense........ BY VERY SPECIFIC LANGUAGE.

Paying "hush money" to silence a party to influence an election is BRIBERY!
Trump is an un-indicted conspirator in two felonies!
The EXACT same position as was Nixon when HE resigned. (an un-indicted conspirator in a crime!)
18 months prior to resigning (due to lack of political support!) Nixon was re-elected in a LANDSLIDE of (previously) historic proportion.
As Dino has (repeatedly) pointed out---------- even then (at THAT very moment) approximately 25% of the public supported Nixon.
Quite obviously (at least) 25% of the general American voting public are completely uninformed fools!

Trump was not POTUS when this happened. Dershowitz says its not a crime and furthermore a candidate can pay as much as he wants into his campaign.
