That is what I said. I clarified that some companies may have bias but that can be for gender, race, height, weight, age. Biases exist everywhere. So yes sometimes being white helps. Sometimes it hurts.

No, it wasn't. I looked at the context and it came after BL saying that IN GENERAL CCCP thought that every single race and type of person was disadvantaged except for black people.
