It’s literal racism.

Scouts assume they can pay black kids less. That’s not an advantage.

I asked Doug Sisk, the old Mets pitcher(I sell beer against him in the Tacoma area), and Dax Powell, a part-time scout for the Rangers and a guy who went to the DR with me,if they had ever heard of the 6th tool in relation to black baseball players. They are as curious as i am.

Dax sent me a video of a dude with the last name of Trosky(Brewers scout) talking about the sixth tool to a group of younger ball players. It was intangibles he was talking about.

Honestly curious.
