Honestly, my gut tells me he is innocent as the evidence is very weak, but I also wasn't there. Hypothetically, if he is guilty and came out and said "I was young and screwed up, please forgive me," I would have no problem with him serving.

If you are married or otherwise intimate with someone, that's completely different. There's an implied consent to physical affection when you're married to someone.

I'm guessing since you said it so definitively, you were there. Weren't you like 6 years old at the time? What were you doing at a party in DC at 6 years old? I'm not saying he is innocent, but you most certainly said he was guilty without any evidence.

This whole thing seems way to similar to the Herman Cain situation. The man had to drop out of a presidential race because he couldn't afford the legal fees just to have it come out after the fact that the women were lying.
