Cavanaugh was CLEARLY lying out his special frat boy ***. I watched every minute of the damn thing. What a broken system/mess. The Republican party just committed suicide with the women within the Country.

They are willfully ramming a liar and (possibly) PERV onto the SC!
Plain and simple.

My best guess RN is that they both think they are right. Kavanaugh was drunk and did something really dumb, and he doesn't even remember it.

As a father of two girls I think this is stupid. People are calling him a rapist when he is not being accused of rape. The witness is not credible. She cannot state place or time and her witnesses including Leeland cannot corroborate this. Other than the HS years Kav has been squeaky clean. I hate both parties. I hate how old these Senators are. I hate that we made a mockery of sexual assault because of party lines. My gut tells me Kav didn't do anything. My gut also tells me our politicians are self serving ********. I think Feinstein is a lying evil person.

I would confirm him. Do the investigation. If found that he did some bad things and Ford is right, impeach him. If not then Avenatti and Feinstein go on trial for their lies. Seems Fair to me.

I also think bad_luck is a complete idiot.

You've been spun/misled. Assuming you're referring to her friend "Leland" (I think it was). She NEVER said "she was never at a party with Cavanaugh".

What SHE swore to was that she did not recall any event/party as such described by Mrs. Ford. She also said she BELIEVED Mrs. Ford. Under sworn affidavit.

I make no "call" on the he said/she said controversy. I do have my judgment as to who to believe. Who was "more" credible.

What Kavanaugh was lying about was just about everything else!! The whole denial of his "party boy" past. He is who he is. Everybody knows it............. it's way too late to deny that now. In addition he is guilty of lying to the Senate in previous confirmation testimony.

His integrity as well as his temperament and lack of self awareness completely disqualifies him from the office he seeks.
Trump has nothing to do with it as far as I'm concerned. Other then that I believe HE should rescind his nomination and nominate someone else!

I wonder HOW Kavanaugh will be "accepted" by the 3 women presently on the Court?
Kavanaugh is tainted, no matter what. If I'm him I'm out!
OR I ask for the FBI to investigate and clear my name assuming I'm actually innocent of the charge from Dr. Ford.

She sure did NOT appear to suffer from any mistaken identity syndrome!
