Drinking to excess does prove anything relative to sexually assaulting someone. I know many people who drank that much many times, yet never sexually assaulted anyone (or were never accused of it since they never ran for office or were nominated for an important post).

You can repost anything of mine at any time you see fit. I'll proudly say that I try to treat everyone as innocent until PROVEN guilty (as we are supposed to as Americans). Nowhere have I ever said that Trump and/or Kavanaugh are innocent, only that those treating them as guilty without any (or at least enough) facts to support them, are in the wrong. I'll even agree that it's right that HRC isn't in jail, since there was not enough proof collected, even though I truly believe she should be. One better, I'll even agree that OJ should have been found innocent, since there was not enough evidence, even though we "all" know he did it.

As I've repeated, it's sad if this really happened, but one person's accusations (all we have, and likely all we will ever have about the specific incident) should not be enough to ruin another person's life.

I do find it "interesting" that you keep referring to him as a "frat boy", yet characterize her as some pure little 15 year old. WTH was a 15 year old doing at such a gathering, and since she was 15 at the time, he was NOT a "frat boy" at the time. There aren't a whole lot of facts about this incident, but it sure seems many people are being very selective about which ones they choose to believe.

Finally, and this is pure opinion that I'm sure you'll jump all over, but I don't find it believable that a woman strong-willed and determined enough to accomplish what Ford has, was so totally traumatized by this alleged event that it effected her for 36 years. She is obviously not some feeble-minded, weak-spirited person. I've had a pretty blessed life and can't think of anything that would come close, but many people of lesser fortitude than Ford have moved past much, much worse events in their lives. I think she had moved past whatever happened that day, until she saw a chance to "pay back" Kavanaugh, and is now exaggerating details, as we all tend to do when describing something from 36 years ago.

It happened to a friend of mine and he lost his 3 kids initially until a few months later the mother confessed that she lied. PROOF is required. It is not fair to any person that is accused not to give them a presumption of innocence.

What if Kav is innocent and Ford is a psycho? We just ruined an innocent man's life. Corroboration is necessary.

This is interesting and I formulated a theory on this almost immediately. Let's see how close I get.

Just as there is FAKE NEWS and JUNK SCIENCE we also have THERAPIST. Doctors of the mind. Not an exact science. Like real doctors they probe and examine and sometimes even cure a patient. Some of them deal in repressed memory. They see people who seek relief from mental issues affecting their lives. Sleep. Work. Eating. Relationship with their life partner.

If I'm that disturbed as to seek help from a therapist, I believe my desire to get an answer would equal that of the said mind doctor to provide one to the patient. A very symbiotic relationship. The patient gets relief and the doctor gets paid.

I know many of you have been on this earth and around the block long enough to have heard of some of these repressed memory stories and how ridiculous and false some of them are.

We also know Dr. Ford is not a conservative. And now we have the FBI investigation the liberal socialist communist party of the United States, formerly known as democrats, have demanded. I think all of us with open minds agree this investigation will not only turn up nothing against Kavanaugh, it will expose a dishonest process from a morally bankrupt and dishonest cabal of individuals in the former democrat party. A party that no longer exists and is suffocated under liberal fascism.

And as sleeper cells go, we know the first documented memory therapy took place in 2012. The same Year ROMNEY announced Kavanaugh was on his short list. AND of course with the defeat of ROMNEY, there was no need to pull the latest October surprise.

SO we will wait once again and let it play out. And it's only seven days after all. It won't affect the mid-term elections. Will it? They won't string us along again will they? They didn't lie did they?

Once again the Republicans have bent over backwards to accommodate the ever increasingly radical and unhinged left. And that means there will be no political price to pay for the Republicans. The target has now redirected itself to a certain Senator. For the first time in a long time I'm looking forward to see the results of an FBI investigation. The swamp has been partially drained and these FBI agents will be the work a day guys we depend on to get to the truth.

Somebody is going to pay a political price and I already know who it is.
