#1) The 2nd door story was BS. It was put there to create a separate entrance and the space was used as an office and later apartment (rental). It was built in 2008. Ford said she didn't tell her husband about any abuse until 2012.

#2) Fear of flying when there is not any goes to credibility.

#3) All the witnesses she presented, none can corroborate her story.

#4) She said she NEVER gave guidance to anyone how to take a lie detector test. The letter (provided under oath) by her ex boyfriend states otherwise. This means she lied under oath.

#5) Her memory lapses are inconsistent. She has not recollection of how she got to or from the alleged party. She cannot even recall where it was. Ask about my wedding. It was 15 yrs ago and I can give step by step descriptions. I was in an auto accident about a year later. Major one. I can give step by step descriptions. She seems to remember what she wants to remember. The friend she said took her to that alleged party cannot even corroborate this story. She was 15. Someone had to drive her there and back.

#6) The therapist notes do not match the story at all.

#7) The timing was awfully convenient.

To me she is not remotely credible.

All that being said I don't know if Kav should be on the SC. I believe that court needs more left leaning judges but the characater assassination by the Left on this man and his family is unforgivable.
