For what it's worth...if Kavanaugh is an Originalist, not a Superlegislator, he just might be less likely than other jurists to overturn settled law, such as Roe vs Wade. Especially when a law has been challenged previously. His record is not someone that changes things as he sees fit. And he has quite a fan club, including Kagan, a very liberal Justice. He may surprise you...he managed to convince Senator Collins on his position. She has always been very much pro-choice.

The state courts may whittle away at abortion law, but I don't think the High Court will. My 2 cents.

I actually was neutral on Kav before he showed that he is going to do everything possible to **** over the Dems out of spite. Hope he proves me wrong.

Sorry, but that means you believe he doesn't belong, not that he doesn't. More informed people, who we have entrusted to make such decisions (admittedly our mistake with many) say otherwise. It's over and done. Let it go, or you'll end-up having it eat at you years later as the 2016 election still does to some on this site.

Zero proof he lied about the assault. Plenty of corroboration he lied about his drinking.
