Jeez, so much wrong with this.
First, Daniels isn’t a prostitute, she’s a porn actress. That’s different.
Second, she isn’t a role model for being a porn star, she’s a role model for standing up for women’s rights.
Third, I have a daughter. If she, as an adult, decided to go into porn, I wouldn’t be happy, but she’s an adult and I’m not paying her mortgage, so she needs to do what she thinks is best.
So getting paid to have sex is no longer prostitution?
There's a difference between being hired to have sex in a movie and being hired to have sex. In most states, it's a pretty big legal distinction.
And, beyond that, I've already talked about the practical differences---workplace regulations, STD screening, etc. vs the likelihood of arrest, assault, rape, murder.
It's two different things.
